Tonight's Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar was The Cautious Celibate Matter -- where Johnny Dollar spends the serial running away from a rich, eccentric, *gun-toting* client who seems to be wanting Johnny to marry his niece, even if it requires a shotgun wedding.

The part where Johnny explains that he likes women fine, but doesn't want to get married yet to his employer (who is in on the plan to get Johnny somewhere where he has to talk to the rich, eccentric, *gun-toting* client) to the point of jumping out of an office window, is a reminder that past really is a different country.

Thanks for the link to the site -- we've been relying on catching Johnny Dollar episodes when they show up on Sirius XM while we're on long car rides, which isn't exactly a thing we can do right now.

I get episodes of Johnny Dollar through WAMU's The Big Broadcast on Sunday evenings. If you're a fan of vintage radio, it's a pretty good cross-section of the genre.
