Ravelry!

I got my Ravelry invite today! Wee! I am so having fun, inputting all my projects and yarns and needles and hooks and *stuff*. I haven't even had time to look around, so if anyone else is on Ravelry, I'm still 'neotoma' there, and you should put me on your list.

And for those of you who do knit or crochet and don't have an account yet, the wait is going to be *long* (6 weeks for me) but that's because they have invited over 10,000 people, and yet are still onlyy 37% through the line...

I have shoed...

sanj was very nice and went with me as an enabler when I went shoe shopping today. My lovely brown frog clogs are blown at the heel, and so I had to get new ones. Last night, we hit DSW, and did manage to find some brown Born shoes on discount, but I really needed to get a variety so that I didn't destroy another pair in six months...

ETA: We went to Comfort One Shoes in Dupont Circle today, the one that carries the funky European brands.

Also, the local funky clothing store Amano carries El Naturalista? wtf?! Maybe I should check them out tomorrow and see if they can special order shoes... I'd sure like their *lace-up* shoes.
