Depends on what you want out of each thing. I will tell you, they are NOT going to run out of yarn at Sheep and Wool, though they might not have a rare brand after Saturday morning if you're looking for something specific.
And since that Sunday is Mother's Day, it's quite likely that it will be much quieter than Saturday.
Since I'm allergic to wool, I'm not betting on getting much yarn. I do want some knitting needles, though, and stitch markers - something fancier than I could get at any random yarn store.
At the Greek festival, I like hitting their rummage sale (a reason to go early) and tank up on lots and lots of Greek food (a reason to go later and then straight home.) Last year there were yard sales along the route there (a reason to go early) but on the other hand, the S&W Fest opens several hours earlier (a reason to go to the Fest first and then go Greek on the way home.)
It's one of those pushme-pullyou things that doesn't have a clear answer. And both run on Saturday and Sunday, so I have the option of dedicating one day to each, or a half day to both, but which?
I was thinking I need to get at least a yard for my project, and I'll probably end up with fat quarters as well. I do have a really pretty skirt pattern that I might buy fabric for; I'll have to think about it some betweeen now and then....
Does Tuesday or Thursday work for you? I figure we should keep our options open, and have two days we can go.

Sheep and Wool will have plenty of non-sheep yarns for you to look over, though of course wool is the most common.

And of course I'm up for a trip to Mekong Textiles! You'll have to sit on me to keep from overspending, though...
