Snow...

Well, we certainly have snow. Nearly a foot of it.

That cancels my plans to get groceries today. I suppose it's just as well that I went to bed with a headache yesterday, because I would have tried to get to Bethesda, and that would have been *bad*.

I suppose I can make katsudon today, and some sort of apple clabber. I just really wanted to roast a chicken today. :sigh:

Anyone up for a chat? I'm on Y!M as 'annoyedpackrat' and AIM as 'neotoma_nest', and even on gmail's new chat feature...

ETA: was three-quarters finished with my Multidirectional Diagonal Scarf when I realized I'd dropped two stitces very early and had to unravel it. :P

Yes, you do. It is yummy, and better than the katsudon I've had at *two* Japanese restaurants.

I think it's the dashi stock, really. And the fact that I use black soy sauce.
