Uhm, probably. I think the electric plant I get my energy from is coal-fired.
Actually, it's TOO good. It think they move a decimal place. I need to call them and double-check, because I don't want my power cut for lack of payment.

well, can you live without turning on the A/C or the heat for most of October?
Really though, I think this is a mistake. Not after averaging slightly under $60/month since moving in.
I had to use more energy than that just cooking dinner and running the fridge.
