Having talked around, it looks like Sunday, October 1st will be the best day to go the Maryland Renaissance Festival -- it doesn't conflict with the curling opening party, for one.

Now the thing to do is to organize carpools and make sure that people can get there in time to get good seats at the performance.

(Also, when are you hoping to get to Glenmont tomorrow for Meri's thing? I want to try and show up at the same time so we can share a ride.)

I was going to do my best to get there slightly before 3pm. I can give you a call when I get on the Metro if you'd like

Yeah, give me a call, and I'll meet you at Glenmont at 3-ish.

If it becomes necessary, I can rent a car for the ren faire. Still cheaper than flying to England. ;)

As it turns out... I'll be in Philadelphia that entire weekend! I have concert tickets for that Thursday, and we're going to make a whole weekend out of it.

Someone should bootleg the Baebes.

I'm in and out of the Renfaire almost every weekend, but I never manage to make plans in advance.

So it turns out (a) I started to type a ton of comments earlier and left them sitting open without hitting 'send'. I am so classy.

and (b), I have no free weekends. Motherfuck. I need to get to the Dancing Pig booth! *whine whine whine*

No free weekends at ALL? Quinn, your job *sucks*.

However, what that means is we need to go to the Countryside Artisans Xmas (http://www.countrysideartisans.com/index.htm) tour. That's the first two weekends in December -- you can carve out a day sometime there, can't you?

Well, next weekend isn't work, but if I want to spend time working on the Murphy campaign before the election...

*sighs* It's just election season, but yeah.
