Carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, a 1lb of mixed mushrooms, a NY strip steak, a box of six macrons (matcha, salted caramel, lemon, and vanilla flavors), 2 sausage hash handpies, a spinach-artichoke frittata, a s’mores bar, an extreme chocolate chip stack, a chewy ginger stack, a double chocolate cookie stack, and a box of cookie bloopers.
A friend came over and we went looking for floating shelves to put up at my place -- we visited the local Habitat for Humanity ReStore (I bought a set of drinking glasses, an ice cream bowl, and faux black-on-black ware ceramic bowl), Community Forklift (where we saw a gorgeous set of cabinets with stained glass facing, just waiting to be installed in someone's kitchen), and finally a Lowe's.
We got back, instead to pegboard and towel racks I bought from Ikea months ago, made progress on the shelves, and decided to go get dinner and call it a night. We're meeting tomorrow because the AFI is showing Batman: Mask of the Phantasm as a tribute to Kevin Conroy, and we'll try to finish up with the shelves tomorrow.

They were absolutely gorgeous but you'd literally have to build a kitchen around them (and maybe a walk-in pantry too, there were SO many in the set).

I like the look of the Habitat for Humanity ReStores! We have something like that near us where my daughter managed to get a desk for £25 yesterday, but that is a much smaller operation.
I also like the sound of a chewy ginger stack! A stack of what, though?

A stack of chewy ginger cookies -- basically a soft gingerbread. That bakery sells their larger cookies in stacks of six.

Ooh, those cookies sound amazing! And I like the idea of being able to get them in batches of six. That's almost one a day until you can get back to them next week for more :)
