Farmer's Market -- 03 Jul 2021 (Chamois Day, 15th of Harvest, Year 229)

Maple granola, maple yogurt, two foxglove planets 'Dalmatian Purple' var., mixed fingering potatoes, 1/2 lb of pioppino mushrooms, a bottle of hickory vinegar, lemon cucumbers (a variety of cucumbers about the size and shape of lemons), methley plums, apricots (!), blueberries, sweet red and yellow cherries, sour cherries, sage-mint lemonade, lavender-verbena lemonade, tri-color kettle corn, chocolate kettle corn, 3 pulled pork handpies, a tres leche cake, a lemon doodle stack, 2 almond pillow cookie packs, chocolate you're a little salty squares, and a margarita cake (it's just a lime cake, like a lemon cake, but lime).

Also picked up more canning jars and plant stakes at the hardware store. I'm going to try pickling the cucumbers tomorrow.

And if you ever make it to the farmers' market at Pike and Rose, I was delightfully surprised to find the mushroom stall not only full of delicious mushrooms but newly staffed by a young Qui-Gon Jinn.

Do not cross the streams, Tem, I told myself... and came away with some shiitake and some inspiration anyway. XD
