I met up with [livejournal.com profile] tricksterquinn yesterday at the Dupont Circle farmer's market. One thing led to another, and we went into Beadazzled, which is all shiny, glittery temptation. Including these
March necklace makings March necklace makings
Lapis beads, Czech glass drops, 5 lampworked leaves, size 8 seed beads, and a coppery clasp -- the ingridents to make a new necklace.
Naturally, one thing lead to another, and I bought some lapis lazuli beads to go with the lampworked leaves, and then some drops and seed beads as spacers. I have a gorgeous coppery clasp, and just need to find my crimps and jump rings. I looks like I'll have a new necklace in a week.

They totally do.

PS It's [livejournal.com profile] monkeycrackmary who wrote Salvage. (http://monkeycrackmary.livejournal.com/512598.html) Keep poking me until I do the both posts -- Jedi as Knights Templar (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/KnightTemplar), and My Favorite Gen(ish) Fics.

well, obviously I shouldn't *either*. And Quinn doesn't count, because she's the one who suggested the drops and the seeds as spacers.
