40 clove chicken (Hyacinth Day, 9th of Flowering, Year 228)

I made 40 clove chicken tonight, except I spatchcocked the chicken and added quartered potatoes. Spatchcocked, it fit right into my Le Creuset dutch oven, and only took about 50 minutes to roast.






Also, having a garlic braid really paid off and I should buy one again -- just as soon as I use up the last of the one I have.
