Quince, persimmisons, sour cherry jam, dried apple slices, korean radish, buena mulata chiles, bell peppers, cherry-pear cider, pink lady apples, pumpkin baklava pie (from the greek bakery, phyllo crust with a layer of honeyed walnuts on the bottom, with punmpkin over it), spanakopita, melomakarona, fall spice cake.
Someone stole the big, almost-ready squash out of my garden this week. I am seriously considering not planting any squash next year, and just giving that section of the garden over to beans. Or getting a motion-triggered camera to get images of the thief.
I harvest all of the chile peppers, as the temperature is going below freezing and they don't survive that.
