General likes and dislikes:
Dislikes -- hatesex, extreme power differentials in relationships, mentor-student relationships, dub-con and non-con unless the characters actually deal with how fucked up the relationship is, deathfic without hope
Likes -- nifty worldbuilding, exploring the edge cases (what if the main character doesn't fit into their society's boxes -- how do they cope?), friendship as a priority, casefic and gen fic, puns, happy endings, bittersweet endings that have hope at the end.
Darkwing Duck
go nuts! Grown up Gosalyn off to college, Drake dealing with the Muddlefoots asking when he and Launchpad are going to get married now that it's legal, or the AU where Drake becomes Quiverwing Quack after Gosalyn gets killed in BOOM! studio's Crisis on Infinite Darkwings story (because that's apparently what I want from a Disney Afternoon show -- parental grief and unhealthy coping mechanisms on par with Batman's.), whatever you'd like, as long as there's a lot of snappy wordplay and cheeky humor!
Coco (2017)
There are dozen of post-movie reconciliation fics out there, but I want yours! Most especially, I want the story of Héctor finally allowing himself to be angry about being murdered and left off the ofrenda, because he only had 0.5 secs of that in the film before plot happened to him and he was too busy. But after Miguel gets Mama Coco to remember, how do Héctor and Imelda get to where they are in the epilogue, which is a firmly established, loving relationship; it can't have been easy, after almost a hundred years.

Tell me about how Fawn and Dag settling down in Berry's hometown of Clearcreek actually went, since in the epilogue Fawn says it was slow to start and one of the things that helped settle everyone was the fact that Dag and Arkady lost a few patients.
