Honey cupcakes, made using Killer Bee honey from the Bee Folks, for my book group on Sunday. We’re reading Tooth & Claw by Jo Walton.

Not bad considering I use a pastry bag once a year.

Oh, they look great! And I love your cupcake carrier - it looks like an egg carton, so cute.

They did turn out pretty well, considering I did through a quick flip through a cake-decorating booklet before starting.

The carrier is adorable! It's from Wilton, which is an American company that specializing in cake-decorating.

Thanks! These might wind up one of my go-to party recipes, though I'm thinking I might just leave off the white chocolate ganache. I'm not sure it adds enough to bother with, since it's kind of fiddly to make and then add to the cupcakes.
