The last thing I did with kale is make caldo verde -- Portugeuse kale-potato-sausage soup -- and one of the other farmers at the market even sell the linguiça sausage for it.
The last thing I ate with kale in it is was sweet potato hash this afternoon at Busboys & Poets, and it was quite tasty.
