Bleagh... plumbing

Woke this morning to water all over the floor of the bathroom. Mopped it up with a towel, and investigated.

It looks like there is a leak between the water pipe from the wall and the toilet tank. I've closed the stopcock as far as it will go, and contacted the housing office. Hopefully they'll send a maintenance person ASAP.

Heartfelt sympathy, here -- plumbing is the worst, especially in winter. At least you live in an apartment building where it's the housing office's problem to fix.

Yeah, the one good thing about not having a house is that the apartment management is responsible for plumbing problems. I'm going to have to call the housing office though, because it's 10:15 and there's no maintenance person yet. Plumbing issues should be a priority.
