This weekend the National Book Festival will be held on the Mall.
The festival includes poetry, non-fiction, fiction, children's books, and graphic novels. On Sunday, there will be a special pavilion on 'Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Graphic Novels' -- Lois McMaster Bujold is giving a talk at 12:55 pm on Sunday so that's when I'll be there.
Maybe some of the featured books will be good books to read for
dc_nonfiction_bookgroup. Hope to see some of you there!

But I'm about two weeks behind on work, so there's absolutely no way to justify it. Blurg.

I was a little pissed at the Post's Express edition -- yesterday they had a special section about the book festival, but in the section they talked about the SF panels, they featured Christopher Paolini (Eragaon books), not LMB, who has won multiple Hugos... o.O
