access_fandom -- a report detailing access issues at this year's WorldCon, including a practical joke involving a non-existant track of programming and a lot escalators.
Admittedly, I don't go to more than 1 or 2 SF conventions a year, but the ones I have been to were done people by who were serious about the attendees having a good time, not playing unacceptable jokes on them.
