I'm planning on having another cook-in (like a cook-out, but inside) on Labor Day.

Currently, I'm planning on cooking a 4lb bison rump roast into Sauerbraten with homemade spaetzle, and probably a Quark cheesecake. And some assortment of other dishes like a salad, baked apples, etc.
