I woke up this morning with a sore shoulder -- actually, sore muscles along my upper spine and right shoulderblade -- maybe the trapezius and the levator scapulae.

I have no idea how I managed to mess that up in my sleep, considering yesterday was incredibly not busy at work, but if it's not better tomorrow morning, I'll probably have to call in and try to get a doctor's appointment to check i out.

Every now and then I get something like that. It sometimes turned out to be a pillow issue -- at one point I borrowed this weird sculptured foam pillow from my father that seemed to fix it.
