Do you know how hard it is to figure out the motivations of an archangel? Even one who really likes indulging all the human vices in existence, just because no one can tell him to stop anymore?

In other words, I've got a plot bunny living in my head and eating all my chocolate. :sigh:

But is the archangel doing these things because he/she enjoys doing them, or because he/she *can* do them? It makes a difference.

(I am thinking of the frustrated angels in Dogma, for instance.)

Think about other tricksters: Coyote is patently honest in what he does; he deceives only himself when he's chasing the roadrunner. Bugs Bunny tells the truth, but does it only sometimes and for his own ends. Tricksters aren't always as tricky as they think they are.
