Being an ubergeek, I found the Aurebesh alphabet online and downloaded it this weekend. With
tricksterquinn's help, it's now loaded onto my computer and I can start making embarrassingly geeky icons like this one.
Looking over the alphabet, it's pretty obvious that it basically been mapped 1-to-1 from English, ( with a few tweaks )Of course, I am now wanting to write fiction about having to teach the Galactic Basic language and its Aurebesh alphabet just to explore what would happen. Or maybe just draw some doodle-toons and have all the signs in Aurebesh...
