Cooking for myself this week, as the folks absconded on a cruise.
The problem, of course, is that I'm fine cooking for four, but lose all will to live when I cook for only me.
Thus, I've been playing a game of 'what do I have in my pantry?' for the past four days. Today it was a ripe avacado and an open bottle of cream in the fridge, so I made ( Guacamole Soup )
I'm ridiculously lazy about doing the shopping, so I'm probably going to be eating soup until I run out of chicken broth to use. Then I'll have to venture out into the wilds of suburbia and hike to the grocery.
