I'm still worried that Willingham and Sturges are going to wreck my love for the series -- especially with the JSA splitting into two books.
Currently, though I'm trying to figure out some things:
I've also been Judd Winick GREEN ARROW comics from the library. Wow, people weren't kidding about Connor being white-washed by the artists... Also, Ollie and Roy fail in various annoying ways when it comes to their individual interactions with women.
Currently, though I'm trying to figure out some things:
- when did Al and Courtney fall 'in love', considering he's been off the team for most of the in-canon year? was she writing to him during his time at Belle Reve/on the Suicide Squad? She certainly knew where he was living, considering she dumped -- literally -- Grant on him.
- how exactly did Alan handle Todd's coming out? If he still refers to Damon as "my son's good friend", possibly it was quite poorly? Did Molly have to put her foot down on him?
- what level of authority does the chair of the JSA have, if Jay, Alan and Ted keep running the show?
- when am I going to get Piper back in the Flash? He's not still in jail, is he? I'll be very annoyed if he doesn't show up again until the Flash- Blackest Night tie-in. And it'll be another nail in the arguement that Wally *sucks* at being a friend in a lot of ways.
- Is Barry Allen really going to find Avernus? Is he stupid, or just so out of it that he doesn't realize that the Rogues will turn murderous and vindictive in response?
- Was it Hal and Ollie who came up with the idea of storing dead supervillians under the Justice League headquarters? I suppose it could have been Batman... it's too boneheaded a move for Diana -- she'd just have had the bodies cremated -- and too disrespectful for Clark.
