My brain goes strange places -- there are a distinct lack of Slytherins in Keystone/Central, mainly because the Rogues are amazingly unambitious for what they can do
There is also a lot of Chaos on the Rogues' side, but a suprisingly low amount of Evil considering most of the characters are costumed supervillains.
The Good
Jay Garrick/Flash I -- Neutral Good, Hufflepuff
Barry Allen/Flash II -- Lawful Good, Gryffindor
Wally West/Flash III -- Lawful Good, Gryffindor
Bart Allen/Kid Flash -- Chaotic Good, Hufflepuff
Hartley Rathaway/Pied Piper -- Chaotic Good (formerly Chaotic Neutral), Gryffindor
The Bad
James Jesse/Trickster I -- Chaotic Neutral (working on the side of Good from a fear of hell, not his natural alignment), Slytherin
Owen Mercer/Captain Boomerang II -- True Neutral (type 6), Hufflepuff sun in Hufflepuff, moon in Hufflepuff, Hufflepuff rising
Len Snart/Captain Cold -- Chaotic Neutral, Gryffindor
Mick Rory/Heatwave -- Chaotic Neutral, Hufflepuff
Sam Scudder/Mirror Master I -- Chaotic Neutral, Ravenclaw
Frances Kane/Magneta -- True Neutral (type 6), Gryffindor
Mark Mardon/Weather Wizard -- Chaotic Neutral, Ravenclaw
George 'Digger' Harkness/Captain Boomerang I -- Chaotic Neutral (evil tendencies), Ravenclaw
Roscoe Dillon/ The Top -- Chaotic Neutral (evil tendencies), Ravenclaw
Albert Desmond/Dr. Alchemy -- True Neutral (type 2), Ravenclaw
The Evil
Lisa Snart/Golden Glider -- Chaotic Evil (neutral tendnecies), Hufflepuff
Gorilla Grodd -- Neutral Evil, Ravenclaw
Axel Walker/Trickster II -- Chaotic Evil, Slytherin
Evan McCulloch -- Neutral Evil, Gryffindor
Hunter Zoloman/Zoom II -- Lawful Evil, Gryffindor
Thadeus Thawne/Inertia -- Chaotic Evil, Ravenclaw
Interestingly, while the heroic characters are mostly Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors (pretty typical for hero types), the villains are mostly *Ravenclaws*, with the occasional Hufflepuff or Gryffindor. I could only tag two of the characters as Slytherins, both of the Tricksters, and they hate each other...
