I've moved! Weee!

Now it's mostly unpacking, unpacking, and unpacking. I hope to find my linen shirts sometime this week, because I use them at work to cover up when the air-conditioning is set too high.

I've got a surprising amount of space in my bedroom, even with the bookcases, because the doors and closets aren't taking up two whole walls anymore.

I've even got my computer set up, though until the DSL is connect I won't be reading LJ -- and I might not be responding until even after that, because it refuses to acknowledge my keyboard. I'm hoping that will clear up after the DSL is connected and I can download the drivers again.

Anyway, I've moved, and all you locals should come see my tiny, cute place!

There's a small problem with the layout on the phone jacks that has my computer on top of my cabinet sewing machine -- it works, but it's cramped.

Well, the DSL turned on today -- one day after it was supposed to be on originally, but a week early from the second date the company gave me, so yeah!

Also, I love being a ten-minute walk from the Metro station.

Yeah, but I bet you don't want to *move* your entire home. It was not fun, expensive, and very trying.
