I was flipping through knitting magazines today, and found that Alchemy Yarns has come out with a line of metal colors.

Now I want to make a POA Ravenclaw scarf in bronze and blue.

It'd be a lovely project to bring to Witching Hour, especially if I used Alpaca Punch or Synchronicity ... and godawful expensive.

Oh gosh, those colors are just beautiful. Do they not sell online? :(

Not directly. But just type Alchemy Yarns (tp://www.google.com/search?q=Alchemy+yarn&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official) into Google and you'll find a slew of yarn shops that carry it.

There is probably a retailer in your state (http://alchemyyarns.com/retailers.html) who carries the Alchemy line. If they aren't close to you, I'm sure they'll be willing to send you an order.

And yes, the colors are gorgeous. I've seen the laceweight stuff at my local yarn store, and they are just yummy.
