Can anyone recommend Harry Potter stories where there is a new Headmaster/Headmistress at Hogwarts and it is *not* McGonagall or Snape?

The only one that I can think of right now is Dazzleberry's A Position of Power, which has an OC replacing Dumbledore.

I'd especially like to see stories where Flitwick or Sprout became Head, as logically, they both must have seniority on Snape, as well as not having his dubious reputation as former Death Eater.

But you forget that the Headmaster position doesn't seem to be based on seniority nor merit of teaching; it seems to be a politcial appointment. That's why Dumbledore can do whatever the fuck-all he wants- he is great and talenet wizard/scholar, and so he was given the semi- autonumous role of Headmaster.

In Robin's Promises Unbroken series, Remus becomes the Headmaster. Let me know if you need a link, it's pretty well known. :)

I think in "The Book of Morgan LeFey" (I'm 80% sure) Lupin is the new headmaster. You can find it at checkmated.com

I know I'm chiming in very late here, but in case you're still interested, there are a few (mostly bad) stories in which Harry becomes Headmaster; the best one by far imho is War Begets Quiet (http://www.noiresensus.com/bookshelf/harrypotter/warbegetsquiet.html) by Telanu. And, um, then there's Cypherus Summs who becomes Headmaster at the end of "Transfigurations" but I'm sure you've seen that. I've never read any stories where Flitwick or Sprout become Head.
