HipCityVeg, however, knows how to make a great burger! It was perfectly cooked, and I could have eaten another. The texture is quite like ground beef, if a little softer to the tooth. It is very pink -- I think they use beet for color there -- and while not tasting beefy, it's full of umami so you definitely get the savory-fullness you get from meat.
If the Impossible Burger is available locally at a place that makes good burgers, you should try it.
