You're thinking of O Fortuna, Imperatrix Mundi, which is lovely and dramatic but is completely wrong once you look at the lyrics. Though it might work against Two-Face, given that it's all about chance and fortune.
Also, it's an orchestral and choral work -- even beatboxing, Piper's one guy. I don't think he can manage something that has that many layers just by himself.
I'm really hoping someone with more knowledge of jazz than I have suggests something. Piper used to sit-in with the band as jazz clubs back in early Flash v2 when Wally was just starting out as Flash.
