For gluten-free, should I hit the co-op for GF cookies? with Whole Foods as a back-up if they don't have any? Is Bob's Red Mill GF flour good enough for baked goods?
Is it just onions, or all aliums (shallots, leeks, garlic, etc)?
I was going to go a fancy crepe thing for the centerpiece dessert, but I will find something else. Do you have a GF bakery you suggest?
I have a couple of salad ideas that would require NO ability to use fire, if you'd like. One uses savoy cabbage, which I have found to be pretty tasty raw, but your sensitivity to brassicacae might be higher than mine.
