I'm not an RPF-er (though SPN has *completely* muddles those waters with 'The French Mistake') but I suspect that you'll get your fill of SPN panels if you do attend.
There are also 'hot topic' panels reserved for things that come up at the last minute, which is very nice. People don't miss out if something crazy happens at the last minute that everyone wants to talk about.
