Thanks. The wolves are... well, Gabriel is kind of clueless when he first runs away from home, and he winds up with Jotun-wolves. He imprinted, more or less, and they're one of the families that he clinged to.

Fenrir, of course, loves his father, even if his father is an unreliable asshole of an archangel. Fenrir is, oddly enough, much less of a jerk than Gabriel, even though he's a god-killing abomination...
