Ouch! (Italian Buckthorn Day, 7th of Windy, Year 230)

Yesterday as I was crossing a plaza on the way to my physical therapist, I tripped in the rain and dark, and hit the ground with my knees, hands, and head.

This killed my glasses -- as you can see, there are several deep and long scratches in the lens, and the hinge where the earpiece connects is noticeable crushed.



The security guard at one of the buildings did come out to check on me, and when I got to PT they made sure I wasn't concussed. I did ice the damage when I got home but... I look like I picked a fight with gravity and lost.
