2 lbs of carrots, 5 lbs of apples, dried apple, apple schnitz, pork tenderloin, hausenpfeffer handpies, water buffalo shepherd's pie, three small winter squash (for bean and vegetable posole), toast fig balsamic mustard, champagne honey mustard, rosemary-lemon-zest-lemon simple syrup, cranberry-quince-lemon-cardamom simple syrup, garlic cheese curds, dill & onion cheese curds, two small soft cheeses rolled in herbs, pear-ginger turnover, chicken empanada, tamale de elote, and a loaf of spelt bread.
