Locals -- day out tomorrow?

Since it's going to be unseasonably warm tomorrow, is anyone interested in meeting up at the zoo and enjoying the balmy weather for a few hours? Or maybe one of the museums?

Also, my birthday is Sunday the 9th. I'm thinking of going to one the restaurants at Barracks Row and having lunch? Anyone have a favorite place there -- Ted's Bulletin, Ambar, Capitol Hill Tandoor & Grill, someplace else?
