New Comic book day...

I went and retrieved four months of comic books today -- I've switched mostly to DC (JSA, Booster Gold, Superfriends -- which will go to my nephew come Christmas time) and independants like Echo by Terry Moore (pretty!) but I am still reading Agents of Atlas from Marvel because Jeff Parker is writing it. I'm giving Uncanny Xmen First Class a chance because Roger Cruz is doing the art.

I also got a lot of trades: the first Starman Omnibus, two of the Manhunter volumes (including Todd's first appearance -- and the scene where his boyfriend learns about his superheroic past in the most awkward way possible), Villains United, Secret Six, Blue Beetle "Endgame", and Gail Simone's Welcome to Tranquility.

I should be busy chewing on these for a few months...
