Home again, home again...

The flight wasn't too bad, and because Southwest is actually organized as an airline, I was able to catch the 9pm bus back to subway. Of course, it's cold as anything out here, so that wasn't much fun, but synchronicity worked for me today and I was home within two hours of touching down.

Welcome home!

After watching that horrible reality show Airline about them, I was really surprised by how well run Southwest actually was when Dad and I flew back east.

Welcome back! Hope the weather isn't too depressing.

Sleep is important!

Would you like to go see the Lois Mailou Jones exhibit at the Women in the Arts Museum on Sunday? Alternately we could go see Dawn Treader or Black Swan.

We can do that, but bear in mind that the nearest theater showing it in non-3D is in Silver Spring. (All roads lead to Silver Spring!)

Have fun at the Rockwell exhibit; I'm planning to have lunch with my mother on Saturday and spend the rest of the day cleaning out my apartment. (We'll pretend that this is my symbolic approach to the new year and not a need to actually have a floor I can walk on.)

I was thinking it would be silly to go to Friendship Heights when Silver Spring was close to at least one of us, but you're right, it has later showings.

The museum doesn't open till noon, so, around then?
