Stalled at 15000 words...

I'm going to take an early night and hopefully I'll have some more writing oomph tomorrow or Thursday...

Otoh, anyone know Lawrence, Kansas well enough to tell me which state park would be a good place to hold a three-way running battle among the trees, possibly including being chased by a crazy Anthropomorphic Personification in a chariot?

That was my first thought -- but (again according to Google) Perry Lake is 40 mins. or so from Lawrence and only 30 mins. from Topeka -- would you want something big going down that close to Topeka?

Mostly I want something close enough to Lawrence. The Clinton State Park is slightly closer, but it doesn't seem to be nearly as wooded.

I definitely want something near a body of water, because when Michael and Gabriel unVessel and try to tear the crap out of each other, I want them to hit the water.
